1. Who we are

Culper Solutions LLC (“Culper,” “we,” “us”) is a technology consulting firm located at 169 Madison Avenue, Suite 2433,New York, NY 10016. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information submitted through culpersolutions.com (the “Site”).

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a diagnostic, we collect the details you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, and the situation you select. We do not collect payment information through the Site.

Information collected automatically. Like any website, the Site’s hosting provider records standard server logs when a page is requested, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request. When you submit the form, your browser sends the submission directly to our customer relationship management system (HubSpot), which receives your IP address and browser details along with it. We use this information only to operate and secure the Site and to respond to you, not to profile visitors.

3. Cookies and tracking

The Site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party marketing scripts. Fonts and all other assets are served from our own domain, so loading a page does not report your visit to anyone other than our hosting provider. HubSpot receives information only if you submit the form. Because there is no tracking, there is nothing for browser privacy signals such as Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track to switch off. If we ever add analytics, this policy will be updated before they are used.

4. How we use it

We use the information you provide to respond to your request, to schedule and conduct the conversation you asked for, and to follow up about the services you inquired about. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

5. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that operate our business on our behalf, or when required by law. These providers currently include our customer relationship management system (HubSpot), where form submissions are stored; our website host (Netlify), which also receives a submission if HubSpot cannot, and the spam-filtering service it uses for those submissions (Akismet, operated by Automattic); and our email provider (Microsoft 365). They may use the information only to provide their services to us.

6. Client information

Information a client shares with us during an engagement, including details of its systems, data, transactions, and findings, is governed by that client’s written engagement agreement, not by this policy. It is treated as confidential and is never used in our marketing without written permission.

7. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and to maintain our business records. You may ask us to delete it at any time, and we will do so unless we are required by law to keep it.

8. Your choices and rights

You may ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may ask us to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

9. Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards for the information we hold, consistent with New York’s data security requirements, and we will notify affected individuals of a security breach as required by law. The Site is served only over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Where information is processed

The Site is intended for visitors in the United States. Information you submit is processed and stored in the United States.
