By using culpersolutions.com (the “Site”), operated by Culper Solutions LLC (“Culper,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Informational purposes only

Content on the Site is provided for general information. It is not professional, financial, legal, or technical advice, and it does not create a client relationship. Requesting or attending a diagnostic does not create an engagement. Any engagement with Culper is governed by a separate written agreement, which controls over anything on the Site.

3. Deliverables, not outcomes

Every business is different, and results depend on its systems, data, people, and decisions. Where an engagement includes commitments, they apply to the deliverables defined in the written agreement, not to business, financial, transaction, or regulatory outcomes.

4. Scope of services described

Culper assesses, documents, implements, and maintains technology and cybersecurity programs. Culper does not certify compliance or warrant compliance outcomes, and does not provide incident response, forensic investigation, penetration testing, assessment for certification purposes, or regulated data work. Regulatory readiness work is not legal advice and is not a substitute for advice from counsel. Descriptions of services on the Site are summaries; the scope of any engagement is defined in its written statement of work.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, design, logos, and graphics, are the property of Culper Solutions LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or submitting false or malicious information through its forms.
